The master bedroom is situated on the entrance level and has a superking size bed and flatscreen TV, an en-suite shower room and a study with a double sofa bed. There is access to a private terrace with stunning sea views. 
 
Bedrooms two, three and four are on the pool level, with access to the garden and pool. 
 
Bedroom two boasts a superking size bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom three includes twin beds (which can be made up as a superking-size) and en-suite shower room. Bedroom four also has queensize double bed and an en-suite shower & bathroom. 
 
Bedroom five is a suite on the lower level with a queen-sized bed and additional pull out sofa bed. It has a large private bathroom with a double jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower, plus access to the garden. 
 
The living/dining room is all open plan, with a large fireplace and flat screen TV with Apple TV / DVD player. The living room is contemporary, but with a touch of originality and character in it’s old exposed wooden beams. There is a small staircase with beautiful ironwork leading down from the kitchen into the living room. As with most properties in France, the floor is tiled throughout to help keep the villa cool in the summer. There is air conditioning throughout the property. 
 
The kitchen has a central island and a large American fridge/freezer, a large oven/grill with gas hob and double French windows leading out onto the terrace. 
 
There is a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. 
 
The property can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably in it's 350m2 living area. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden, a large swimming pool and 150m2 of terraces. There are three different outdoor seating areas with large sofas and chairs to relax in. There is a hammock and small bar area by the pool, along with large American fridge so you can enjoy ice cold drinks without going inside.

There is also a fully self contained staff cabin for 2 in (2 double beds ) shower toilet and kitchenette.
