La Bergerie Luxury Two Bedroom Gite with Private Pool, Ferme du Bourdicou in Duravel, The Lot
Surrounded by nature, La Bergerie gîte comfortably sleeps 4 people and offers breathtaking views of the nearby château and unspoilt countryside. Our luxurious retreat is ideal for those seeking calm and relaxation. The farm also has several spots where you can walk, take a picnic, read, write, paint or even talk to the animals. It is the perfect artist's and writer's retreat, and Cyclist-friendly with the Grand Randonnée and the Vélo Route du Lot, that run alongside the Lot river at Puy l'Eveque, only a 10 minute bike ride away!
If you can drag yourself away from the pool, a short drive from La Bergerie will take you to charming villages, historic landmarks, gently winding rivers, vineyards, and medieval towns. This area of le Lot is stunningly beautiful, traditional, and well worth exploring. There’s also a wide range of activities close by to suit all ages and abilities. Stroll along quiet country lanes, explore the local markets, play a round of golf or engage in more energetic pursuits such as hiking, cycling, fishing, kayaking, horse riding and so much more.

Guests have full access to the gite, pool and farm land. Also, if you or the children want to see the animals we can accompany you into some of the animal enclosures.
If you are keen to learn about a particular area or eco-friendly project we also offer an exclusive tailor-made course. This can be arranged any morning during your stay for a small extra charge. Occasionally we may hold an Open Day or other event on the farm. We’ll give you as much notice as possible if we have any events planned during your stay so that you can take part or arrange a day out.
La Bergerie gite at Bourdicou comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Inside, the kitchen, dining room and living room are spacious and fully accessible, with stunning views over the pool, terrace and large gardens. There are two large bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with toilet; the other with a double bed and separate toilet and shower room.
Outside, La Bergerie has a large terrace, a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a covered dining area, barbecues, a Tiki Bar (with 'honesty box' for payments), and undercover bike storage.

The prices quoted above are in Euros and are the rates per night depending on the period of your stay. We have a 3 night minimum stay policy all year round. Please note: because la Bergerie gite is located on a working farm we do not allow guests to bring pets.
