We offer Gites Cottages that are self catering, sleeping 8 with shared pool/or 14 people with your own private large 12x 6 metres pool , we also do bed and breakfast in lovely en-suite rooms , with high class accomodation in Sunny South West France, near Sauze-Vaussais in the Deux-Sevres.

We have Lots of parking, large swimming pool, large spacous propert,large patios, BBQ, Sun loungers, hammocks...

with 4 acres of land, great for football/rounders/cricket etc..

We have lots of options, 2 bedroom self catering gite/4 bedroom self catering gite or rent the whole property, for exclusive use of all facilities, a 7 bedroom 5 bathroom gite for rental. We also offer en-suite bed and breakfast accomodation.

If you are just a couple and would like to stay in our gite, we do reductions for just 2 people, just enquire for further details.

The properties have all mod cons,and lovely decor, they retain a lot of original features, it is a stone built house with lots of beams and quirkyness, the building is over 300 years old..

Large 12x6 metre swimming pool,with child proof fence, and child proof locking gate, for peace of mind !!We do not heat our pool, beacuse of climate change, we feel this is a waste of energy, our pool maintains heat 24-27 degrees in the summer months(weather permitting) so no need for heating, anyway heated pools are for wimps !!

Self catering Luxury Farmhouse Sleeping upto 14 people ( we will accept one baby as an extra).Sole use of all facilities, including the pool.

We can divide the houses up, to accomodate smaller groups, the pool is then shared with the other guests.
