Quaint property in the centre of a charming village
Very neatly set out on three floors, kitchen/diner on the bottom, bedroom in the middle and lounge and terrace on top. You'll get plenty of exercise staying here as you'll always find the thing you want is actually two floors up or two floors below you! Overall, a charming and excellently equipped property that comes with superb support from Lucy whose extensive knowledge of all things local was a great help!

Chez Lulu was Perfect

A Gem of a Place
Lucy the owner met us at the house and explained everything to us. She contacted us earlier in the day as there was an event in Olonzac and some of the roads may be closed and gave other directions to get to the house. She was contactable throughout the holiday and she was very friendly and willing to have a chat whenever we saw her around Olonzac.

The house was perfect and just as described. We loved the roof terrace where we spent every evening. The bedroom was light and airy with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed many a meal looking out onto the Marie.

Parking outside was always available.

Olonzac is a very friendly town and the locals always have time to say bonjour. We felt at home very quickly.

Fantastic stay
We loved this property. It is even nicer than the pictures on the website , is perfect for a couple and truly is a home from home. I can't think of any more superlatives to describe it and we will definitely stay there again. Thanks Lucy for letting us use your gorgeous holiday home.

Very nicely furnished and cozy holiday home in Olonzac
In April 2019 we spent twelve beautiful days in Olonzac. The Chez LuLu holiday home is ideal for 2 people. It is lovingly furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen if you want to swing the wooden spoon yourself. Our landlady Lucy Freeman gave us a very warm welcome and gave us a good start to our holiday with a liter of milk and a bottle of wine. We received many tips for leisure activities and wine buying from her. Olonzac itself offers 3 bakeries, several restaurants and shops. Visiting the weekly market on Tuesdays is worthwhile. The area around Olonzac invites you to beautiful excursions. You can see medieval towns like Minerve and Lagrasse or drive to the nearby cities of Carcassonne and Narbonne. It is also not far to drive to the Mediterranean Sea. A visit to the 4 Chateaux de Lastours is highly recommended. In addition to the castle ruins, the breathtaking landscape will fascinate you. In the evening you can end the day on the beautiful roof terrace of the holiday home. We felt very comfortable and can well imagine spending our vacation at Chez LuLu again at a different time of the year. Greetings to Lucy from Germany.

Everything was fine except parking
The house was really perfect with a very nice decoration. The problem was parking, every night we couldn't park because the public parking lot was always full. In the advertisement it should be indicated that the apartment does not have parking contrary to what was indicated. If we had had this information we would have chosen another location.
