PROVENCE, That lovely provencal Mas is located in the heart of Provence, in the Alpilles - a mountain south of Avignon and east of Arles, in the south of France. you'll find the "golden triangle" of magnificent views, picturesque villages, olive groves and remnants of the Roman Empire.

My opinion: this 19th-century Mas brings a soul of well-being and a warm welcome upon your arrival. Its large outdoor spaces offer freedom and escape, no nuisance or vis-à-vis. Easy access to highways, you're close to beautiful Provencal villages to experience the French Art living.

The property is located in the Alpilles regional nature park, and has been restored recently. It includes the main Mas, two independent gîtes, and a Mazet . The pool area offers panoramic views, surrounded by 3 hectares of gardens, oak, olive and pine trees.
It comprises 5 double Ensuite bedrooms.
The garden features outdoor lounges, dining tables and shaded areas.
Its location guarantees a sense of absolute peace and privacy, local markets and boutiques is a 5- min-drive to Fontvieille.

The provencal Mas, dating from 1860, has been restored in a contemporary style steeped in authenticity. It offers 3 Ensuite bedrooms, a safe is available on site.
The living room is air-conditioned, the high ceilings add character and comfort is all around, two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, fireplace and direct access to the shaded outdoor terrace.
The open-plan kitchen includes a 4-burner gas stove, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and US refrigerator.

TWO Gîtes: The air-conditioned "Gardener Cottage" and "La Garrigue" offer each a comfortable double bedroom with a 160x200 bed, TV, and a private bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Your private terrace is part of a sublime natural setting. Fridge/minibar and safe available.

LE MAZET: a real apartment in the pines, it offers 4 additional beds; a 180x200 bed, a bathroom, 2 single 90 beds, kitchen.
Le Mazet is at your disposal, for your visiting friends for example, (upon extra charges).

The Outdoor:

Land: 3 hectares, gated and landscaped, offering stunning views over the Provencal countryside. This former olive grove has over 200 olive trees and produces its own olive oil, which can be purchased on site. You'll find over 1000 lavenders, 600 rosemary bushes, a fruit garden, almond trees, cypresses, rose bushes and perennials that bloom the garden all year round.

Terrace:

The main house, the two gîtes, the swimming pool and its pool house are surrounded by several hundred m2 of stone or wooden terraces, as well as green, flower-filled patios, all overlooking the Alpilles.

The main shaded patio welcome 12 to 14 guests for dining, equipped with a gas barbecue. The second patio seats 8 guests under a lovely vegetation. The poolside dining table comfortably seats 12 guests under the shade of its bamboo roof.

The garden and outdoor spaces offer a great vacation atmosphere.
You'll also find several outdoor lounges and shady spots around the house, gîtes, pool and all around the garden for sipping cocktails, reading and relaxing all day long.

Swimming pool: Private and secured by a sound alarm. 13mx6m. Depth 1.4m /1.9m. Heating upon request.
Lounge areas, a shaded dining area, numerous sun beds, deckchairs and parasols.
A equipped kitchen, American fridge and bar are available in the pool house.

A small irrigation canal crosses the park, offering a lovely walk to the Aqueduc de Barbegal, but could also represent a danger for your children. Be careful.
