This Magnificent Provencal villa is situated within an exclusive area just five minutes away from the ancient Roman city centre of Aix-en-Provence, the home town of the famous artist Cezanne. With gardens of over 2 acres, this villa is set in a peaceful environment and has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

Inside this wonderful villa you will find a spacious and sunny living area with library and large French doors that open up with lovely views of the garden. There is a large traditional fireplace in the living area and central underfloor heating to keep the villa comfortable during the cooler months. There is a fully equipped family kitchen with its large Rossiers stove and double oven.

A TV with home cinema , DVD player and cable TV along with a CD player compatible with MP3 players is available to keep you entertained.
With a total of five bedrooms, the villa will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Bedroom 1 has a king-size four-poster bed, bedrooms 2 & 3 – both have single bed, the 4th bedroom across terrace has one Queen size bed along with the 5th Downstairs bedroom.

Bathroom wise there is one luxury walk-in shower suite with rain shower and a second bright and cheerful bathroom, both with separate vanity and bedroom 4 has its own separate en-suite bathroom. A separate guest toilet can be found downstairs. Hairdryers can be found in the double bedrooms.

Outside the villa you can enjoy the outdoor BBQ pit, the 9x 5m swiiming pool and the beautiful gardens with plenty of outdoor furniture. There is also a parking area.

The house is situated close to all amenities with outdoor markets and shopping just five minutes away. The the nearest beach is around 20mins away, 30 mins to seaside Marseille, 45 mins to hilly Luberon, an hour to medieval Avignon, 90 mins from Cote d’Azur, 2 hours to skiing, and only 3 hours by fast train to Paris.

4 adult bikes and 2 children bikes are provided for our guests there is also a tennis court and pinic grounds available close by. Hot air ballooning, gliding, parachuting and go-carting are also available nearby. During the summer months you can visit the Mediterranean and exotic summer food and flea markets which open almost every day. Very popular and famous during the summer months, the Festival d'Aix comes alive, taking place where numerous concerts, operas, plays and art exhibitions will be held around the local area.
