Beautifully restored and equipped gite with everything required, supplied. Colin was a most considerate and helpful host. We would highly recommend it for a holiday in this region.

We agree with the previous reviews. It is a very well equipped gite with an extensive living area. One bedroom quite small. While we were there the wi-fi was poor but Colin, the owner, is working on fixing it.

The accommodation was truly excellent, everything thought of and provided. Colin and Ellie were great from start to finish; a warm welcome, on hand for information and help if needed but not at all intrusive.
A peaceful location with plenty of room in the garden to relax, but within easy access of Saumur .

A lovely gite in peaceful countryside but within easy reach of Saumur. Both house and garden are very well equipped. Internet we did find variable.
A good base for exploring the area, bikes a boon.
Colin is a very welcoming, helpful host. We enjoyed our stay and introduction to the area.

Well equipped gite with attentive owner. Quiet location with easy access to Saumer and the river valleys and sites of interest. Plenty of maps and guide books provided.

The nicest and best equipped gite we’ve ever stayed in and the WiFi is now excellent. Quiet location but very handy for Saumur and surrounding areas. Colin was very friendly and helpful while respecting our privacy.

V good site(but not artificially 'touristy')& hugely worthwhile place to stay-careful thought has gone into the gite and its facilities-see owner's website-all details accurate. Owner's local info + guides provided to venues of beauty/interest, local facilities/functions,bin day etc. Warm welcome fr owner who not only struck just the right balance between being 'available'(nothing too much trouble) & leaving us our independence-but was good company too. We had a great break-You should book it!
