Le Marronnier is set in its own grounds with a heated pool and surrounded by wonderful countryside. This old barn is full of charm and character, located in a private secluded hamlet away from the quiet lane, the property is not visible from the road as its down its own private driveway.
The property has been lovingly renovated yet has retained much of its original features including oak beams. The main property comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuites) and provides comfortable acocmmodation for up to 8 people. The whole property is furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is well-equipped and overlooks the courtyard. The lounge and dining area, are both light and airy with patio doors opening onto the large terrace. The covered section of terrace has seating for 12 guests, a small outdoor kitchenette, sink, fridge, gas plancha and charcoal BBQ.
The *Cottage option is just across the courtyard and sleeps 9-12 guests should you wish to avail yourself of this option. If not the Cottage remains empty during your stay.

Outside, guests will enjoy the superb, solar heated swimming pool, large terrace, walled gardens, courtyard, covered gazebos and plenty of outdoor seating – perfect for al fresco dining!

The peaceful area is wonderful for walking and cycling. There is much to explore nearby, from châteaux and famous caves, to gourmet restaurants and local markets. Plenty of leaflets of local attractions; gold panning, rock climbing, caving (book at tourist office) velorail, hiking/biking trails straight from the end of the driveway. Caneoing,road biking, geocaching, lake beaches, one with water skiing, paddle boarding, acro branch........

The option +Cottage supplement of 700€ per week (this is used for bookings of over 8 guests, so for 9-12 people)

Property is fully central heated with underflooring heating throughout, plus wood burning poeles for winter lets. *Heating supplement may apply.
The pool is open from May till end of September and solar heated.
Strictly a non smoking property.
No Pets allowed.
The property is to be left cleaned and tidy as found on arrival.
Taxe de sejour is payable in cash on arrival - this tourist tax is payable for all guests 18+years old
A 30% deposit is payable to secure your booking.
The balance of payment is payable 45 days before your holiday starts.
Security deposit payable - 500€
