This luxurious, modern 3-bedroom house has a large open plan kitchen / dining room with a separate ground floor living area. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower / WC. Upstairs is another bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a private sundeck with barbecue area at the back of the house and 2000 m plot at the front. The garden is fenced, please bring your dogs, I love them too and I am also a veterinarian!
Lessay is known for the famous "Foire de Sainte-Coix", which takes place in the second week of September, and an abbey where concerts are held throughout the year. The small town is well located for visiting the local beaches (Créances 10 minutes), the chic seaside resorts of Barneville-Carteret and Granville and offers a range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. Local street markets (Portbail, La Haye du Puits, Barneville-Carteret and Pirou-Plage are all nearby).
