Pleasant and functional house
Quiet house, owner attentive, having already planned small attentions, coffee etc, pleasant patio overlooking the kitchen, nothing to say. Very good stay.

House, host, location, village, just perfect!
A very nice and large house, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, where you simply feel good.
Perfectly located in the center of this superb medieval village, you will be close to everything: market, shops, restaurants.
The terrace is perfect for any time of the day, our dwarf rabbit loved it too. Let’s add the warm welcome and communication from Caroline who is really very friendly and professional, with little extra surprises.
In short, we had 10 perfect days. Thank you very much. To recommend absolutely!

Beautiful, comfortable and functional
Conform to the photos and the description, this very old house is perfectly renovated, healthy and very comfortable.
The exterior courtyard is appreciable, the rooms are spacious, and the selected modern materials blend very well with the old stone. The welcome from the owner is warm and professional at the same time. The arrival gift (coffee, homemade jam) was very pleasant, the house difficult to leave! In addition, the location is perfect for exploring the city, right in the center while being quiet.

“L’autre Temps” - a little gem you will love!
On arrival in the evening (after an exhausting journey) we gained easy access to the property and were delighted to find a small hamper with essential supplies including a bottle of local wine! The house was spotless ,beautifully furnished, and well equipped in the kitchen. In all, we both agreed this was by far the best accommodation of our vacation! It exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and shall definitely return. Thank you Caroline
A home away from home
We were starstruck at being able to stay in this ancient village and in a restored house in a tiny street, crooked beams, stone floors, beautifully decorated and equipped. And the church was right around the corner and we could hear the bells ring (not through the night - they give folks a break!). Happiness.
Caroline was super easy to communicate with, responsive. Nothing to complain about at all.
The oly reason I gave a 4 star to location is that if you are planning on visiting the northern Dordogne (caves etc) the drives are long on smallish road - 1.5 hours. So if you have several days outings planned in the farther reaches, bear that it mind. We had enough down days that we were fine.
Don't miss Bergerac and Monbazzillac - easy to reach visits.
Thank you, Caroline!

Homely gite in perfect location!
Magical home-from-home set within a wonderful medieval village.
Extensive range of amenities provided. Clean and cosy accommodation, just a minute from the village centre. Excellent communication with the owner is a real bonus! Welcome package upon arrival is a thoughtful touch. Look forward to our return visit next year!

A lovely home for a holiday in Issigeac
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available at Caroline's delightful house in Issigeac. It is very comfortable, well designed and equipped. Being in a quiet lane near to shops, bars and restaurants plus ease of parking, added to the enjoyment of our holiday. Caroline was delightful to communicate with in all respects. We had a super time.

Spacious town house with lots of character
Very clean and all the facilities you need. Caroline was extremely helpful and communicative. This is fantastic house and Issigeac is a great town to stay for a holiday. We used it as a base to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this property.

A fabulous property in a beautiful village
This being our first visit to the Dordogne we did not know what to expect and we were not disappointed! A short drive from Bergerac airport the village of Issigeac did not disappoint. The medieval buildings, Sunday market and friendly locals made this the perfect start to our holiday. Anything you read about this picturesque area does not prepare you for its history and wonderful countryside -absolutely beautiful.
13 rue de la Paix is an amazing house full of French charm, very comfortable and has a charming courtyard. The property is well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Caroline had kindly left us coffee, milk and jam ( a coffee was so welcome after our journey from Chester). We felt at home the minute we walked into the front room. Just a short walk from a small but very accommodating bar and a bakery selling delicious bread and cakes. What more did we need on our first night!!
Thank you so much Brooker family for sharing your perfect piece of France with us x
