Self Catering Holiday Rental Gites in St-Civran, Indre, France - Sunflower Cottage
Les Hirondelles is an old rural French farm which has been lovingly renovated and converted into self-catering holiday Gîtes over recent years. It is set in two acres of lovely grounds overlooking a beautiful, unspoilt valley, with plenty of space for barbeques or to simply sit and relax. We are situated in "La Brenne" Parc Naturel. Our grounds are full of wildlife, including swallows, barn owls, redstarts, butterflies and lizards. Wood burning stoves make the Gîtes cosy for winter retreats. It offers holidaymakers rustic French accommodation but with all the modern conveniences, including English TV and Wi-fi, to make your holiday truly relaxing. This region of central France offers a haven of peace and rustic tranquillity. The climate is mild and sunny, the pace of life leisurely and makes an ideal rural retreat.
Les Hirondelles offers two holiday Gîtes: a large farmhouse and a smaller cottage in a converted barn. Both Gîtes have a sunny terrace to the front and back. The rear terraces overlook the gardens and the beautiful valley beyond - ideal for watching the sun go down with a glass of red wine!
SUNFLOWER COTTAGE - The barn cottage sleeps 5-7 people. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave; a large shower room and a lounge-diner with a large wood-burning stove and sofa bed. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a WC.
