Lovely Detached House On Outskirts of Bonnieux - Large Private Grounds, Pool and Panoramic Views

LE VIEUX CERISIER” AT BONNIEUX

Lovely traditional house situated on the outskirts of picturesque Bonnieux, set in substantial private grounds boasting stunning panoramic views to Mont Ventoux, boarded on either side by cherry orchards.

There are four bedrooms on the top floor (all air-conditioned) - one with its own bathroom and WC (and double bed), the three others share a second bathroom and separate WC. Two of them have double beds, the third one two single beds.

Downstairs is a large independant studio (accessible also directly from the outside) with double bed, shower, bathtub, WC, dressing, office desk but no air-condition.

So there is space for maximum 10 people.  

Downstairs there is also a lounge/dining room, kitchen (with fridge freezer, dishwasher, two combined ovens/micro-wave ovens, Nespresso…), laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer) and access to the large covered terrace and the pool area.

Guests can enjoy complimentary broadband Wifi internet, TV, DVD & CD player.

Private swimming pool, BBQ, bed linen, bath and pool towels included, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Walking distance to village (5-10 mins) for bakers, general store, weekly market, excellent choice of restaurants, art galleries & tennis. There is also plenty of private parking.

Please note that the swimming pool is open late May to the late September unless otherwise agreed. Reviews available upon request.

The rental rate includes bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, change of linen every week in case of more than one week rental.
The final cleaning is also included but we ask you to throw the rubbish and leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
Cot and baby chair are available on request.
