This recently built well-equipped 3 bedroom villa boasts a private covered 9m x 4m swimming pool. The property comprises of an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with French doors leading onto the terrace and overlooking the garden and pool.
The living room/dining room features a dvd player ( selection of dvd's provided free of charge) satellite tv with english and french channels. The dining table extends to sit extra guests. Other features include games, books, coloring books, table tennis (to play on the dining table etc) and free WIFI access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The master bedroom consists of twin beds and an en-suite shower room with wash basin and toilet. There are two further twin-bedded
rooms and a family bathroom with bath, wash basin and toilet.
The outside terrace is equipped with table, chairs and barbeque. The pool terrace has sun loungers and children's swings in the garden.
The private swimming pool has a cover which is lockable for extra security and the safety of young children. It also keeps the pool cleaner and the water warmer. The warmer water is a great advantage for the out of season months of April, May, June and September.
