It boasts an array of modern appliances and a striking stone fireplace with a log burning fire. The extensive living room and reading room provide comforts you would expect with this level of accommodation including wide screen TV, DVD, British Sky Satellite decoder, IPod dock, stereo Hi-Fi,Wi-Fi, free international calls and sumptuous leather settees and chair. The property has electric heating in the bedrooms and receptions rooms as well as two large log burning fires. Upstairs you’ll find the three roomy bedrooms. The master en suite has a king-size bed with views over the stunning countryside. The en suite bathroom has an oversize bath with overhead shower. The other bedrooms are also large with one twin room and one double room. The main bathroom enjoys a large bath and separate shower unit. There is a separate utility room and WC downstairs and a mezzanine room which has a full size sofa bed. Outside there is a large outdoor table, 6 reclining chairs and generously sized sun parasol. You’ll find a 9 x 4 metre salt water, heated swimming pool. A Charcoal BBQ is also provided. This property is located in the countryside outside a small village, just 6 kms away is the nearest town with all local amenities. Within a 30 minute drive are numerous tourist attractions including the best known châteaux, vineyards and market towns.
