Self Catering Carcans Holiday Home with Private Pool in Gironde Reviews

We were a party of 8 mixed singles and couples, the house was a very spacious and did not feel cramped. It was very clean and tidy. It was equiped with everything you could need on holiday. The pool was used every day to relax by and in. The grounds were spacious too it is not too close to the other house and it is great for exploring in the woods.

We went for the Medoc Marathon and I would definitely recommend either house in the grounds as it is only a 20 minute drive to the start of the Marathon.

There is a great patio area around half the house with a brick built BBQ.

The house is good as a base for day trips to the surrounding towns and villages.

If it's hot there are lovely beaches not too far away.

We could not fault the customer service. Detailed directions were supplied with interesting facts and info on places to go (sightseeing / restaurants etc). The property manager was just down the road if any help was needed - luckily we had no problems.

We flew into La Rochelle airport(and via car ferry) but you could also use Bordeaux which is closer.

I would recommend Chez Resinier for your next holiday.
