Stylish Holiday Apartment rental in St Jean de Luz, Biarritz Reviews

We have rented this 1 bed apartment twice now and have booked a 3rd time as well. It's very comfortable, quiet (in a residential area with no traffic noise), clean and well equipped and it's easy to get around to vieux Ciboure and to St Jean de Luz. You do need a car for any holiday in the Pays Basque, unless you are planning to stay in just the one town the whole time. That would be a pity as the countryside, outdoor activities, beaches, the lovely old town of Bayonne and the city of San Sebastian with all its interesting cultural and culinary gifts are all within easy reach of Ciboure. We know the area well as used to live there, and this is a great part of the world for a holiday.

The owner is lovely, helpful and welcoming. Wifi is included. The apartment's layout is great as there is a decent sized equipped kitchen, unlike many rental apartments where there's just a tiny space for cooking. There's also a sunny patio with comfy chairs for relaxing outside.

Ideal rental for a couple.

We had a wonderful stay and will be back later this year. Highly recommended.

Only one observation on the general criteria is that due to stairs, hill and lack of parking immediately outside, the apartment wouldn't suit anyone disabled.
