Well Positioned Vaucluse Holiday Cottage Rental in Medieval Village Lagnes, Provence Reviews

We had a wonderful time here. If you're exploring the Vaucluse, Lagnes is an ideal base of operations. In addition, unlike many of the other towns nearby, it has not reoriented towards tourists but is an honest-to-goodness French village (with some small farm animals about). The house is the owner's own--and not one of a string of holiday rentals they happen to own--hence the house is well loved and cared-for. The pictures on the site give a good idea of the interior, but in reality it's even better. It's very restful after a long day of activity--or just a good place to laze around all day. Both the owner and the owner's local agent were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. We hope to make it back to the Vaucluse some time and when we do we'll plan our trip around the availabilty of this rental!
