Beautiful Honfleur Holiday Cottage in Calvados, Normandy Reviews

An excellent location for visiting the region.

The house was perfectly located for walking into Honfleur, even though it was a steep hill, but we managed it with no problem. We have two young children and they didn't mind the walk. The church 'le chapelle Notre-Dame de Grace' on the Cote de Grace was lovely and worth listening to the bells! Other places are easy to get to from here, an hours drive to Bayeux, half an hour to Trouville - lovely beach to mention a few palces.

The house had everything we needed, plenty of space, good garden with swings, secure fence/gates, a BBQ. The TV/DVD didn't really work - not a major problem.

The owner, Leonora was brilliant. Very helpful, sent us all of the information we needed and meeting them on the Friday night was a nice touch - very relaxed. We would consider visiting here again due to the location and how lovely Honfleur is.
