Small tear at the departure of Carnoët ...

We have traveled quite a bit but never before encountered such attentive and charming hosts while being so discreet.

Mr. and Mrs. Davis were so nice, introduced us to their animals, let us walk around the farm and feed their animals. They had just had several births of lambs. Our daughter would have loved to bring one home. Mr. and Mrs. Davis had even put us a nice basket of fruit, water and milk in the fridge.

They have sheep (several breeds: Ouessant, Breton, ...), a goat, chickens, two rabbits, a guinea pig, two cats, five dogs.

The lodge is spacious, clean, well equipped, the environment very quiet, the night sky magnificent. The only downside is the non-blackout curtains which slowed down falling asleep during the nap.

Visiting side: Vallée des Saints 5mn, Huelgoat 20mn, Guerlesquin 20mn, the Monts d'Arree with Mont Saint Michel (walk between Landes and Peat bogs magnificent !!!), Brennilis power station (if you like industrial tours), ...

and otherwise quite central position which allows a lot of walks (Concarneau, Quimper, Crozon, Brest, Oceanopolis, Île de Batz, Roscoff ...).

We had never left a lodge with a heavy heart before.
