Cannes Holiday Rental Apartment, La Californie District / Spacious, Near La Croisette Reviews

We use to rent this apartment since 3 years during the MIDEM session, this year at the end of January. It is a very lovely apartment with nice decoration. It is located near Croisette and not far from the "Palais" where it is easy and fun to go by walking along the beach on the Croisette. We enjoyed the large sunny living room and the terrace even in winter. Cannes is Cannes, an international lively city, and this part of the town very pleasant but more residential and quiet.The building, fairly new, is not luxurious but comfortable and very clean. The owner is very kind, the value for money excellent and the apartment suits for all.
Coming for the third time I considered that had to give my appreciation this time.
