Very well located within the pedestrian area of the resort, in front of the slopes, direct access from the funicular (7 minutes to train station in Bourg Saint Maurice) and free inter-station shuttles if you want to explore the different villages of the resort. Free indoor parking space included in rental.
A large living room with a very functional American kitchen, a bathroom, a wash room and a separate WC, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 8, privacy for 3 couples. A personal indoor parking space is provided with the rental. Direct access to the apartment with an elevator.
The Apartment comes with 2 true separated BedRooms. In the Master Bedroom, there is 1 king size 180 separable in 2 twins (90) and a private wash room. In the 2nd room there are 3 Twins of 80 cm including 1 in height and the 2 of the bottom which can be made into one
true bed 2 people (Queen Size). In the living room, there are 2 sofa beds (1 click-clac sofa and 1 BZ of 2 places each). Also, a foldable cot is at your disposal and can be placed in any of the rooms.

And if you are more than 8 people, the rental can be combined with that of a similar apartment located on the same floor to provide space for several families (4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, up to 16 beds) on one level with to overcome privative. Nespresso + filter coffee maker. Kettle. Dishwasher and all amenities to prepare your meals, like at home. And because it would be sad not to taste it, everything you need to make your own "fondue" or "raclette".
The fridge is big with a freezer part (rare in rental).
A washing machine in the bathroom and plenty of discreet drying places.
A closet for your skis and racks for yours shoes.

In front of the building, a playground for kids - pedestrian area - In summer, Mini-Golf Tennis - Golf . In winter, you are in one of the most prestigious ski resorts of the Alps. All necessary stores on site. Bourg Saint Maurice TGV station is only 7 minutes away with the Funicular.

Special Rental Conditions
Linen rental is possible and optional. (Add 22 € / pers)
We only rent during the opening of the resort in summer or winter:
In summer, we rent for 4 days minimum and arrivals are possible any period of time not spanning over 2 weeks.
In winter, we only rent from Sunday to Sunday during school holidays and outside school holidays for 4 days minimum, between 2 Sundays if still available 30 days before stay.
