Dans le triangle Toulouse - Carcassonne - Albi, ce gîte locatif au sud du Tarn est un havre de paix au cœur de la nature. Cet ancien grenier à grains, idéal pour une utilisation estivale, a été transformé en maison de vacances pour 10 personnes. Il est entièrement indépendant dans un domaine familial de 7 hectares, idéal pour les enfants.
Le Tarn offre une grande variété de paysages, des forêts de la Montagne Noire aux rochers granitiques du Sidobre, en passant par les vignobles de Gaillac, et est également riche en découvertes artistiques et architecturales. Vous pourrez découvrir ces merveilles en visitant des sites incontournables comme Albi la Rouge et sa célèbre cathédrale forteresse, ou les charmantes bastides albigeoises.

Tout le linge de maison est fourni, draps, serviettes de toilette, serviettes de piscine et torchons de cuisine. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée.
En juillet et août la durée minimum de location est de 7 jours.
En avril, mai, juin et septembre je peux louer un séjour minimum de 2 jours au tarif de 280€ par nuit.

Special Rental Conditions
In April, May, June and September I can rent a minimum stay of 2 days at a rate of 280€ per night.
Arrival: 4:30 p.m.
Departure: 10:00 a.m.
Mandatory cleaning fee of €90.
Deposit upon reservation of 30% + €90 cleaning fee. by bank transfer
Balance due on your arrival
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoker.
CANCELLED POLICY
Cancellation made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period the deposit will not receive a refund only the cleaning fees.
