Le Sanctuaire is situated in the picturesque village of Saint Saud Lacoussiere, Northern Dordogne. The house comprises three floors of luxury bedrooms, each floor with their own individual style. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, you certainly won’t miss your creature comforts!

Large bedroom – double bed with view onto the garden. Additional double sofa bed in the lounge
Bathroom – large rainfall shower and a relaxing bath big enough for two
Chestnut Lounge/Games room– with a HiFi system, Pool table, TV, games console and many board games.
Home gym – not forgetting the all important gym, simply for all those who cannot resist a good work out.

When you rent the property, you rent the entire complex with exclusive use of all the facilities.
On arrival you receive a Welcome package of fruit, tea/coffee, wine, beer and pop. Just what you need after a long journey.
All cleaning liquids and kitchen cloths included.

Bicycles (4) available. Additional bicycles can be rented from bikehiredirect.com.

The property is situated in the picturesque village of Saint Saud Lacoussiere, situated in Northern Dordogne. Saint Saud is a village of 60000 hectares with 862 inhabitants. The village is situated on the border of the Limousine area.
In Saint Saud you will find a local bakery, a pharmacy, a garage and petrol station, a village shop for all your daily needs, newspaper and tobacco shop as well as a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Our village proudly hosts the ‘Hostellerie St Jaques’ one of the top restaurants in South-West France, just a few minutes’ walk from your accommodation.
There is also a lake with a beach, where you can swim and enjoy a meal on the terrace. During July and August, many festivities are organized.
Other activities in the area include a Tennis court (500 m), Horse riding (10 Km), Canoeing (15 Km), 18 Hole Golf Course (30 Km) and many more.
During the other months, there are also numerous festivities for example in October there is the festival of the Cepes.
The Sanctuary is well placed to give easy access to the touristic delights of the Dordogne.
