Villa Le Brat:

Very close to the Dordogne and the cliffs, this beautiful residence offers your holidays a superb setting in the middle of the surrounding countryside . The view of Domme, perched on its promontory, is splendid. The property includes as a whole the old farm, and three old unoccupied farm buildings, all forming a character farmhouse.
 
The beautiful private salt water swimming pool of 12x5.5m is secure and surrounded by a hornbeam hedge and a lawn, in the middle of the private grounds of more than 2 hectares. 

Beautiful view of the valley, the Dordogne and its beaches are less than five hundred meters away . You also have a very protected interior courtyard and an outdoor dining room.

A ping-pong table will delight young and old alike. 

The Le Brat holiday home is furnished with old and noble materials . The very personalized, contemporary and designer decoration  contributes to the charm of the house .

A magnificent stone floor is laid over the entire surface of the ground floor as well as on the first floor. Exposed stones, old stone sink, period furniture and modern decorative paintings embellish the place. Two dining room tables, indoor and outdoor, for 8 people. The living room has a superb fireplace. Beautiful period engravings, exposed stones, paving, give a lot of charm to the whole. 

A designer wooden staircase leads you to the bright, well-kept rooms which have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. 

On the first floor: 

First double bedroom (200x200), a designer bathroom with a bathtub, WC, 2 sinks. 

Second double bedroom (180x200), modern bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

On the 2nd floor:

Third attic bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200) which can be converted into a double bed, and a beautiful Moorish-inspired bathroom.

Fourth bedroom, 2 twin beds (90x200) which can be converted into a double bed.
