Set in the Bandol wine area (famous for its rose), with easy access to sea, mountains, culture, and activities of all kinds, lies the perfect answer - l'Enclos de la Daby near Le Beausset in Provence - the French home of an English family. Three houses, a tower and a cabanon are set apart from each other on five acres of terraced land, covered with thyme, rosemary and olive trees. Each house is independent with its own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Each has a shady terrace for sitting or dining. They can be rented individually or together. The swimming pool - shaded by olive trees and with a ping-pong table near-bye - provides a central area for sunbathing and relaxing. 

La Daby is a mile from le Beausset, a little agricultural town, with a perfect square to enjoy a cup of coffee and a croissant under the shady plane trees. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants, two large supermarkets, a twice-weekly market that is excellent for local produce - fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, olives and cheeses. 

Local activities include walking in the mountains or by the sea, climbing, playing golf at the stunning le Frigate, sailing, scuba diving, visiting the water slides, going to the opera in Toulon, or visting Aix en Provence, Nimes, Arles or Avignon. This area has something for everyone, and la Daby forms the perfect base for staying at home or exploring the region. 


LES CHENES - Set amongst oak trees and pines, this house is similar to les Lauriers, with a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a shady terrace facing south toward the sea. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom. 

As with les Lavandes and la Tour, a satellite dish provides for television viewing if a set is rented. All houses have telephone lines available.
