The town center has a number of restaurants, bars and shops (including bakeries). There is also a cinema.
Market is on every Saturday and Wednesday morning.
Quillan now has 2 lakes, one for swimming and other for fishing along with a BMX track, jogging trails.
Numerous sporting activities on offer in the area: hiking, kayaking, walking, caving, horse-riding, climbing, road and mountain biking, rafting and many more.
Quillan is 1 hour from the nearest ski resorts, 1 hour 20 mins from the Mediterranean , 2 hours from Andorra, 2 hours from Toulouse.

Garden borders the river Aude.

Pricing Info:  It is a large property but we would consider taking lower monthly rent if only some bedrooms were used.
Prices are per calendar month paid one month in advance. 500€ refundable deposit due at time of booking.
Price includes: Electricity, water and WIFI.
Cost of heating oil is additional and dependent on time of year and length of rental.

Availability: This property is available year round for longer lets.
