La Croix-Valmer Holiday Villa with Heated Pool. Located near the sea, in Var, Provence. The property is well positioned just 15 min by car from Gassin, Ramatuelle and Saint Tropez.
The Villa is fantastic for Anniversaries and rentals are possible with special weekend rate.
This charming villa offers guests a clear sea and forest view. For Children, there is a trampoline, swings and the large pool.
The pool is heated and secure. There is parking in front of the house.
The rooms are big, with 13 double beds for adults and 2 single beds distributed in 5 bedrooms and common areas.
The first floor of the house is accessible by an internal staircase colimacon but there is also an independent entrance from outside on the 1st floor (with a kitchen on the 1st floor).
The ground floor of the house alone can be rented alone in low season (November to May). 1st floor also (outdoor kitchen but more beds).
