Very pleasant stay
We had a very pleasant stay. The property is very well thought out and very pleasant. The swimming pool is very large and very well maintained. The rooms were very clean and the fact that there is a bathroom for each is appreciable. On the other hand, the location is quite far from everything and the slightest outing quickly requires an hour's drive. If you are looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature, this is the ideal place

Very good
Very clean property, very quiet, and very discreet owner despite living nearby. The pool is great. Recommended for groups looking for peace and quiet. Only downside, but we knew it when booking, winding roads to get there. Very good stay

Very nice villa
Very nice and very well equipped villa. Impeccable cleanliness on arrival Superb swimming pool. Very beautiful sunrise. Car required to visit the surroundings. Always allow ~45 minutes to reach the tourist sites

A dream stay near the mountains
Located in the first heights of the Canigou peak and in the center of a typical Languedoc village, Caixas, this house has everything of a family character: a suite of rooms for all ages and family composition; two dining areas for a feast fit for kings or a breakfast to the sound of cicadas; a swimming pool large enough to spend quality time and create new memories together. We will also note the breathtaking view of the valley overlooking Perpignan, the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains reflecting the sunrise. In short, it was the best place for our family reunion. Highly recommended.

Relaxing stay in the beautiful Eastern Pyrenees
The house corresponded well to the advertisement. The rooms and living areas were very clean and comfortable, the bedding excellent, the swimming pool very long, and suitable for children. Ian is very kind. On the other hand, - dishwasher broken on arrival and no repair offered during the week. - dishes to be reviewed: glasses missing (we took plastic glasses for the children) - very remote house, 30 minutes from any activity. On the other hand, very good if you want to stay and relax. - No garden for children except the swimming pool We knew the price we were paying when we arrived (€3200), but in view of what we had already paid in the past and the various shortcomings expressed above, we find this price totally excessive.

beautiful residence with all the expected comfort next to the Town Hall, well heated swimming pool, visits possible but allow for travel time due to hot weather and many insects

Very good stay at Mas Saint Jacques
We enjoyed the Mas Saint Jacques as a family (3 couples with children). We were looking for a quiet place in the middle of the mountains and typical, we were served. Apart from a dishwasher breakdown (which can happen) everything was perfect! We will come back with pleasure!

Happiness in its raw state
Beautiful house located in a very small mountain village. Just 2 houses and the town hall. A breathtaking landscape, view of the bay illuminated in the evening and the sea in the distance during the day. Magnificent sunrise. The owner is very pleasant and welcoming. The house is huge, a bathroom and toilet in all bedrooms (1 for 2 bedrooms in the suite). The swimming pool has an outdoor solar shower and is maintained to perfection. Magnificent !!!! I recommend at all levels to relax and be calm.

Relaxing stay away from noise
Stay for 6 adults and 5 children. We were not on top of each other. Everyone had enough space and bathroom. A huge swimming pool!! Stay away from everything in peace.
