The flat is in a great position and is walking distance to the many cultural delights of Nice - including the Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC), and for music lovers, there is an excellent opera house and active concert scene. There are amazing restaurants and bars all over Nice, especially on the Port in the Old Town. The Old town is also well worth a visit. Monaco, Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze and Menton, and Cannes are also close by. For the children there is easy access to the Stoney beach in Nice, but a bus ride away. There is a safe sandy beach in Beaulieu.
