The Charente cottage is extremely well-equipped and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. Guests have access to the private swimming pool and enclosed garden. There is a huge courtyard with ample car parking facilities.
The property comprises a large open-plan living/dining room and a large well equipped kitchen. There is one double bedroom with a king size bed, one twin room with 2 single beds and 1 double and 1 single bed on the mezzanine floor. The house keeps cool during the hotter months and has a stunning covered stone barbecue attached to the barn - perfect for al fresco dining. The private swimming pool is situated at the rear of the gite and is fully enclosed, gated and suitable for children. Sunloungers are available.
