Situated right in the heart of a designated "Most Beautiful Village" of France, this house offers a luxurious base to explore the countryside. 

La Terrasse Ensoleillée comfortably accommodates 9 people in 4 elegant double bedrooms, and an extra a pull out bed in the office. The open-plan kitchen and sitting areas create a spacious atmosphere, and large windows throughout the house, including in hallways and stairwells, flood the space with sunlight.

A mere 15-minute drive away, you can relax on the sandy inland beach of Lake Montcuq, enjoy its water park, or immerse yourself in the region's rich history and natural beauty.

The open-plan kitchen and sitting room boast comfortable seating within an elegantly decorated space. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, gas hob, gas oven, and microwave, as well as small appliances, kettle, coffee maker, emulsion blender, and a great selection of cookware. An indoor dining table seats 6.

Both a washing machine and tumble dryer are available. A spacious office provides a comfortable place to work, and a pull-out bed is also available in this ground-floor room.

There is good wi-fi, as well as a Bluetooth speaker, and a small selection of games including chess, backgammon and playing cards.

4 double bedrooms include 1 super kingsize, 1 queen size, and two doubles all luxuriously furnished, paired with 4 modern shower rooms. Hair dryers and portable fans are provided.

The Area:
The surrounding area is one of rolling green hills, farms, and historic sites. Lauzerte village itself, is a dedicated "Most Beautiful Village" of France, with quaint cobblestone streets, a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and shops, and a large historic square where there are outdoor markets every Saturday morning.

Nearby, visit the Lake and Water park of Montcuq, with its inland beach, picnic area, and lifeguarded swimming! Beach throws are included in your rental price.
