A dining area, and a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). A living room with open fireplace (wood provided) and its mezzanine (games room or lounge). There are also 2 TVs with Netflix, a DVD player and a desk with free Wi-Fi Internet. A bathroom (walk-in shower), 2 separate toilets and baby equipment (bed, high chair). Gas central heating. - Optional continental breakfast on request only.
Outside you will have a large wooded relaxation area (7000m2 property) with a large covered barbecue, garden furniture and sun lounger. Finally, private parking is located next to the cottage.
Guests can enjoy the ambiance of the surroundings from the outdoor dining area or warm up by the fireplace on cold days.

Located between the Loire and Loir valleys, close to the land of Balzac, Ronsard and Rabelais, you can visit the marvelous castles dotting the valleys and its renowned vineyards, without forgetting its hiking trails and its famous Loire à vélo circuit. 20 minutes from Tours center and 30 minutes from Le Mans, it is the ideal place to discover the incomparable riches of the Loire Valley (Beauval Zoo, Troglodyte village of Trôo, Marçon nautical base, helicopter or hot air balloon flight over the castles 5 km away, etc.) without forgetting the south of Sarthe and the 24H of Le Mans 30 minutes from the cottage.
