Remarkably located in the Bay of Guisseny sea, 100 meters from the beach and coastal path and one kilometer from the village, the residence welcomes you in Nodeven a site of outstanding natural beauty and privileged. You will find peace and serenity with its chic decor and Zen inspired by the sea and salt spray.
This site very quiet and relaxing, you will soon feel at home in this charming houses: the scenery is immediate. The beauty of the surroundings is remarkable from access to coastal path.
Our location, quality home maintenance, outdoor spaces, as well as the pool building, that you are now so many of us trust again or advise us with your friends.
The complex offers several individual housing level: 2 to 4 peoples 4 to 6 peoples 6 to 8 peoples or 5 peoples (suitable for one persone with reduced mobility).
Our holiday rentals in Brittany, in Finistère, will give you the peace and quiet expected for relaxing and unforgettable holidays.
The residence offers a Nodeven aquatic space dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing.
The pool is open all year from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
Space Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna has been specially designed for families. A large building of 200 sqm, roofed open all day from 9 am to 20 hours.
The pool, with its capital at the same level everywhere, the next size is 11 * 6 meters. Its depth is 1.50 meters. The water is heated to 27 ° C.
Younger guests may enjoy the small basin provided for them.
Jacuzzi for 6 people, is heated to 35 ° C.
The sauna is free to use.
The pool area has a central position in the complex: the houses are placed around the pool area.

- The coastal path Guisseny Bay, the beaches of white sand and very fine (starting at 100 m from the residence Nodeven) Beautiful landscapes (the GR34 toured the UK). Landscapes in the Bay of Guisseny play to turn the tides. Guisseny beaches have a very white sand and bright.

- The house guard at the forefront of Nodeven (150 meters from the residence Nodeven) built in the 18th century, it was used to provide coastal defense to protect Abers (considered at the time as possible penetration pathways Leonardo plateau to reach back to the fortified city of Brest). Body Nodeven Guard is part of a whole and divided between Landéda Brignogan. The means of communication between body guard or sentry boxes were varied: bungalows, fire or smoke code.

- Guisseny's Area Natura 2000 (located 500 meters from the residence Nodeven) spanned over 600ha, the area classified as Natura 2000 can see bogs, wet meadows, dunes, beaches, sea ... Along the trails, it is possible to discover the seasons, Orchids (some very rare), ponds with various species of frogs, dragonflies and rare butterflies, and many birds (see the top the dam).

- The port Curnic and the very large and beautiful beach Vougot : 1 km from the residence, you will find a nice tip with one hand, a small fishing port unprofessional and across the beautiful Vougot beach. Dike separates and can walk to a small island, beautiful scenery in the summer but also in winter with sea comes crashing down on the seawall and rocks.
