Magnificent renovated farmhouse of the 19th century, on a plot of half a hectare, facing the mountain, 5 minutes from the village of Ascain, 12min from Saint Jean de Luz and the beaches, 20 minutes from Biarritz airport.
Covering an area of 220 m², the house offers a vast reception area of about 70 m² with an open kitchen to the dining room and living room with fireplace. Also ground floor we find a large library / TV lounge and a laundry room, a toilet and a cellar.
Upstairs, large master bedroom with bathroom and toilet, 4 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, a shower room, a bathroom and a toilet.
