MAS DES LAVANDES:
Charming property situated in a hamlet in the middle of triangle formed by the famous hilltop villages of Gordes, Roussillon and Goult. The house features a private pool, landscaped garden and orchard.
It accomodates 6-8 persons in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is the end unit of a typically Provencal farmhouse. The property is independent, its landscaped garden and orchard are completely closed. There is a 5 x 10 m private swimming pool for guests to enjoy.
Entrance to the property is either through a French door on the south side (dining room) or through an entrance door on the west side (living room). The lounge/dining area contains a small office corner and a fire place. It is open on a Provençal style kitchen with a pantry/laundry room (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). Also on the ground floor you will find a toilet with washbasin.
The decoration and furniture are Provencal style.
Via a staircase you reach the 1St floor: master bedroom (double bed 160 cm) with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds (each 90 cm large, can be assembled as a 180 cm double bed), shower room and separated WC in the corridor.
The third bedroom is situated in the huge attic on the 2nd floor with four beds (each 90cm large).
The convertible sofa bed in the living room can sleep two supplementary persons.
The house is nevertheless equipped to host between six and eight persons, so a maximum of eight persons has to be respected.
Two terraces with a Weber charcoal barbecue await you for your meal in the shade of the pergolas.
A playground for your children is located in the garden near the pool.
The rental rate includes:
Bed linen, bath towels, change of linen every week in case of more than one week rental.
The final cleaning is also included but we ask you to throw the rubbish and leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
Cot and baby chair are available.
Come and discover the Provence and picturesque villages of the Luberon: Isle sur la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes (one of the most beautiful villages of France), the Borie village (dry stone huts), the Sénanque abbey, Ménerbes, Bonnieux and Lacoste.
Activities and Attractions: Provençal market, flea market, wineries, oil mills, music festivals, dance.
Hiking, biking (Mont Ventoux 1911 m is not far…), bike road from Cavaillon to Apt and beyond towards Forcalquier, descent on Sorgue river with canoe or kayak, horseback riding.
