Holiday Villa with Private Pool in Laurens, Near Beziers, Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Maison Agnes is ideally set in a peaceful location just 30 minutes drive to beaches. This charming 4 bedroom home is situated just 5 mins walk from the centre of the medieval village of Laurens, in the wine district of Faugeres.
It is a one storey villa in a secluded Mediterranean garden with a private pool 10x4m. Other features include UK satellite TV and French channels, DVD player and free internet access. There is parking space for several cars in the garden and a car port.
The villa has 3 AC units.The beautiful French windows lead out to the garden where you can dine and find shade under the mulberry trees and the barbecue (gas-heated) is close to the dining area. Guests can also enjoy a game of Table Tennis in a shaded area.
The garden is surrounded by hedges and the sun shines on the pool area the whole day. Here you can also find a pool shower, 8 sun chairs and a group of sofa and armchairs and a table for a cold drink or a cup of coffee. In the front garden there are several fruit trees, like pear, fig, pomegranate, quince and clementine and you are allowed to pick them when they are ripe.
There are plenty of great activities in the local area. In the village you can taste wine in several wineries. There are also 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 take away restaurant, 1 restaurant, 1 small grocery store and a newly opened Medical Health centre, a post office all within walking distance. In Magalas, 7 minutes drive away, is a large supermarket.

A payment of 25% of the renting price is required at the time of the booking. In case of cancellation, this payment is not refundable unless the house is not rented out for the same price. The remainder should be paid 8 weeks before the arrival. We also ask for a deposit of € 500 which we will returned if the property is left as you found it. Payment only by bank transfer.
