Self catering 5 bedroom villa with large private pool. the property boasts sea views and is ideally located within a 10 minute walk to the beach.The medieval village of Bormes les Mimosas is situated on the hill about 5 kilometers. Guests can enjoy many lovely walks up in the hills and along the coast, including visiting the former summer residence of the Presidents of the French Republic.
The Villa has an area of 230 m2. The upper level opening onto the terraces and the large pool. More living room space, large kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom.
One the lower level are 4 bedrooms, 3 opening onto the garden. Large pool on the terrace which also has an outdoor barbecue and dining area sheltered by a gazebo.
The villa is located less than 10 minutes walk from the private beach area with a shaded feel at low altitude. In the field, there is tennis, a beach restaurant, sailboat rentals, supermarket, all between 5 and 10 minutes walk from the villa. Outside the area, near the Lavandou, there are shops, large sandy beaches and the harbour.
