The rental holiday villa in the French Riviera is on 2 levels – on the upper level are the entry, 3 spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning all facing the sea and 3 newly restructured bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have their own respective bathrooms facing the garden. On the ground level you find a very spacious living room Provençal style with open fire place, a large dining room and seating for 8-10 people and a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. A newly built large double bed room and a small bathroom complete the house. The 250 mq villa has constantly been renovated to provide the maximum comfort and a top level holiday with its four large bedrooms with exceptional sea view and 4 spacious bathrooms.
Our outside patio offers a shady spot for lunch, while the BBQ is strategically located between kitchen, patio and pool. For the evening we suggest dinner on the upper terrace.
Wide and large terraces dominate the Sea and offer wide space for parents to chill out on our sunbeds, while children are playing in and around the big private pool, secured by an alarm. The completely private swimming pool has different depths, allowing also the most sportive person to dive: 7 m x 11 m x 1.5 m depth/2.5 m depth.
Indicatively, the pool is open from end of March until end of October.
