Plelan-le-Petit is a lovely, 4 bedroomed detached holiday home situated near Dinan. Plelan le Petit is a small rural village which is host to several bars/restaurants, supermarket, boulangerie, bank, post office and more. The well known medieval town of Dinan is just a 10 min drive away – be sure to experience the buzz of the market on Thursdays!
Twin Oaks can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Our home enjoys all the modern amenities for a relaxing holiday, yet has retained much of its original charm and character, such as the Granite Stone Walls and original Breton Fireplace.
The house comprises two double, plus two twin bedrooms each with lovely en-suite bathrooms. The spacious lounge area with WiFi ,Sat TV, DVD player and views out onto the garden.
The large, well-equipped kitchen consists of an electric oven, microwave, gas hob and fridge/freezer. The utility room adjacent has a washing machine, dishwasher, second fridge and separate WC.
Outside, is the private landscaped garden. Guests have use of the barbecue and ample seating for 8 people on paved area – fantastic for al fresco dining! Private parking is available to guests.
