The accommodation consists of three properties set in nearly 2 acres of completely flat, mature and lawned gardens, which are ideal for groups and family celebrations with children of all ages catered for.
The two cottages and main barn can be rented separately or entirely for one group.
A fenced swimming pool ensures safety and peace of mind for parents, with other activities such as table tennis, boules and children's play area all available onsite. The garden is completely fenced, private and designed for the whole family to enjoy.
The Barn
The character restored 300 year old barn has been tastefully modernised and offers modern accommodation for 8 adults and up to 4 children. The property features four on-suite double bedrooms, two of which include double daybeds for children.
The downstairs offers a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a table that comfortably sits 8, a utlily room with washing machine, tumble dryer and air drying area and a large airy lounge with wood burning stove which provides a welcome rest area with sofa seating and television with UK channels. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided as well as baby cots and stair gates upon request.
The rear garden is accessed from the kitchen and has a large patio with table and chairs. The salt water swimming pool provides welcome entertainment for everyone on site and is fenced and secure for parents peace of mind. The communal enclosed 1 acre lawned garden is also haven of fun for the children, with their own activity area at the rear of the garden featuring trampolines, swings, slides, sandpit, see-saw, and dedicated Boules area for all ages.
Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage has two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, and a further room sleeping up to 3/4 children. In total the property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 3 to 4 children depending on age. The first floor double leads directly into the children's room (called such due to the restricted head room) which has two single beds and a double sofa bed. There is an upstairs wash basin and toilet and the main newly renovated bathroom is on the ground floor off the bedroom.
The downstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a table that sits 6, a living room with log burning fire, sofa seating for 6 people and television with UK channels, WiFi, DVD and CD player.
Rose cottage has a private garden with seating area at the front of the property. All bedlinen, towels and pool towels will be provided and baby cots and stair gates are available upon request.
Vine Cottage
Vine Cottage has one double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin room on the first floor. The upstairs bedroom has a wash hand basin and toilet and the main bathroom in on the ground floor with a separate toilet. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people and comes with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and washing machine and fully furnished living area including a dining area seating 4 and a television with UK channels and WiFi.
Vine Cottage has its own private garden area at the back of the cottage which as a private seating area and BBQ. All bed linen.

Special Rental Conditions
Reservations are generally from Saturday to Saturday with arrival time from 3pm and departure time being strictly before 10am. We are able to be flexible with regards to arrival dates on occasion, so please feel free to contact us. Mid and peak season are subject to a minimum 7 night rental, with other seasons open to flexibility. Please contact us with any enquiries you may have.
A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of the reservation request, along with the completed contract and signed T&C agreement. Full and final balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the reservation start date. Depending on the property reserved a security deposit of € 150 (Rose & Vine) and €500 (Barn) is required in addition to cleaning fees of €200 for all proerties due at the time of final balance payment. This will be refunded upon departure pending any damages. Please note that deposits are non refundable and cancellations following the final payment can only be refunded if the property is re booked.
