La Froguerie is a pretty, picturesque and thatched holiday cottage, full of character, and set in a large grass garden within open countryside. It is located near to the beautiful views over the Vilaine valley.
The cottage features an entrance hall with tiled floor. There is a spacious living room area providing a lovely ambience for guests, a feature ceiling, beamed and pine panelled to apex, exposed stone walls and large open fire surrounded by comfortable armchairs, dining tables and benches.
The well equipped kitchen is a good size and boasts a small table with wooden chairs and stools, washing machine , dryer,dishwasher and microwave , There is a separate WC downstairs also.
Open-tread wooden stairs to 1st floor galleried landing which overooks the living room.
Bed 1 consists of a double bed, 1 shower room. Bed 2: 2 singles.
Bed 3: double Bath/WC.
