3 seperate properties just outside the village of Notre Dame du Touchet close to Mortain and St Hilaire du Harcouet. Situated in quiet countryside near village with local amenities. Set in large gardens with wildflower meadow. Houses well equipped and enjoying use of shared pools.
Spacious Farmhouse (sleeps 8-10), : Large kitchen with range cooker, dining area with oak refectory table, lounge area with woodburner, satellite TV, DVD etc. Two large family ensuite bedrooms with double bed + bunks in each. Plus double room with ensuite toilet and washbasin. Lawned garden area with outside furniture and large BBQ.
Poolside apartment (sleeps 7-9). Three bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen and dining area, lounge with wood burner and French windows leading onto large balcony. Ground floor bedroom and family bathroom. Gallery with two en suite bedrooms. Ideal for large groups when booked with the Farmhouse.
Charming cottage (sleeps 5-6) set in lovely gardens by wildflower meadow. Well equipped kitchen, utility room (WC). Open plan dining/living area with large fireplace and settee bed. Two double bedrooms one with vanity unit one with extra chair bed. Third bedroom with two small singles. Bathroom and separate WC.

Ideally located for exploring both Normandy and Brittany. Clean deserted sandy beaches about half an hours drive, exellent fishing all around the area and four golf courses easily accessible.The D day beaches are about 90 minutes away.
Mont St Michel is about half an hours drive, with miles of lovely clean and quiet beaches up the west coast of the peninsular. Many lovely walks in the area, several simple theme parks for children and a genuine old countryside location with a wide variety of wildlife!
