2. Housekeeping assistance or cleaning: to be arranged directly with the person welcoming you on site (Service Checks accepted).

Glazed sandstone paving in front of the house, exposed local stone walls renovated in good condition, small tiles installed on the roofs in 1985, false canal tiles installed in 2016 on the extension, and canal/Roman tiles installed in 1992, 1994, 

The exterior woodwork is made of exotic wood in good condition, and the 10mm glass panes are intact. The wooden shutters are in good to poor condition, both for the woodwork and the paint (depending on the exposure)
