Self Catering holiday house set in a quiet location in Chateau-Landon, Ile de France, a stunning fortified village. The property provides the perfect retreat for exploring Fontainebleau, Paris, Eurodisney, Barbizon, the Loire valley and the surrounding chateaux and vineyards. It boasts a pretty, sunny garden and can accommodate up to 6 people, in 2 bedrooms and a sofabed to one end of the living room.

The house is an ideal property for couples, or families with children offering good security with secure gated parking within the property. There is a partly walled garden front and back, while the back terrace has views across a small valley, and is perfect for al fresco dining. Living accommodation on the ground floor, with a games room in the basement leading directly onto the back garden.

For active enthusiasts, the area is great for walking, cycling (8 bikes at the house), bouldering, or just enjoying the rural french life.

Close by, guests can enjoy croissants at either of the two boulangeries or home-made food at the traiteur, being a stone's throw away. There is a variety of local shops 3 mins walk away, including boulangeries, a butcher, chemists, grocer, bank, bar and restaurants. Small market Thursday morning, excellent Sunday market at Souppes sur Loing, 3 mins by car.
