Kervegan Bihan is a former farm that has been converted into holiday accommodation and is situated in about 1.25 acres, surrounded by farmland and small woods. The property comprises four houses, two detached and two semi-detached; parts of which are reputed to date back to the 15th century.

Kervegan Bihan is situated in the beautiful north Brittany countryside, a 4 kilometre drive from the small town of Plouaret. The sandy beaches of St Efflam and St. Michel-en-greve are about 15 minutes away. The Granite Rose coast, with its stunning rock formations, beaches and bays is about 30/35 minutes away and easily reached.

The 4 properties have been tastefully renovated to retain many of the original features, including exposed granite walls, beamed ceilings and huge stone fireplaces. All houses have modern, well equipped kitchens and comfortable furnishings.

Outside is a ten metre, heated, covered swimming pool. Boules pitch and paved basket ball area. Each house has its own private lawned area, barbecue and patio furniture. There is also an extensive shared grassed area for playing.

There is also a large parking area and a shared laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. (2 euro charge for use of machines). Each house also has its own rotary clothes line.

There are excellent seafood restaurants at Locquirec, Tregastel, Perros-Guirec and other small costal towns as well as other more general restaurants in Lannion and Plouaret.

The Stables:Originally detached Stables, this property has been tastefully converted into a comfortable holiday home for five people.

The ground floor is a large open-plan area comprising kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and micro-wave plus other small kitchen appliances, dining area and lounge with wood burning stove.

An attractive spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, a double, twin and single. Also on the first floor is a shower room with toilet and wash-hand basin. All upstairs rooms have "Velux" type double glazed roof windows. Please note that the spindals on this staircase are wide enough apart for small children to put their head through. Also a stair-gate is not fitted so children, and particularly young children should be supervised in its use. The stair-case may not be suitable for some elderly people and those with limited mobility,
