Charming holiday rental gite located between Bordeaux and Toulouse, between Périgord, Landes and Quercy. The ideal setting to come and recharge your batteries in the heart of Domaine Peyroutas, a remarkable residence surrounded by century-old cedars. The property is situated in a 7ha park (including 3ha of woods) in meadows (organic farming), where guests can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of their surroundings.
The Gîte des Oiseaux, set on on two levels, is located in part of the manor house. It is Ideal for couples looking for a relaxing break, or for families with young children. The gîte offers security and occupation for guests: the former workshop has been converted into a 40m² indoor games room, perfect for young and old (ping-pong, table football, children's play area). There is no swimming pool which may provide some peace of mind for parents.
The meadow near the gîte provides an outdoor play area in the fresh air.
Adjoining the owners' house, the cottage comrpises, on the ground floor, a large living room (TV, sofas, dining area), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a toilet, and a laundry area. A staircase leads to the first floor: a landing converted into a relaxation area, games, and library leads to three spacious bedrooms. The Green room (1 x 160 cm) with its sink area, the Yellow room bathed in light (1 x 160 cm) and the Blue room (2 x 90 cm that can be joined to form 180 cm). A dressing area is located on the bathroom side (sink, bathtub, toilet).
Outside, you can enjoy the shade of the trees in the deckchairs or the garden furniture under a shelter, or even the wooden picnic tables. Parking on the property. Free internet (4G box).
