A private lane set back from the road leads to our beautiful traditional stone norman cottage.
The cottage and gardens are surrounded by fields, fruit trees and wild flowers, the location is very peaceful and secluded, the house is detached and not overlooked.
Inside is a large open plan living room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace. There is a mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140cm) overlooking the ground floor. A modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, Fridge freezer, cooker and induction hob is well-equipped and has a dining area seating 4 people.
There is a ground floor bedroom with double bed (140) with doors leading to the sun terrace. The bedroom is ensuite with walk-in shower, WC and hand-basin.
There is a large private garden with views over the countryside.
Close to a beautiful beach, entirely refurbished for 2014, very private. Well-insulated with triple glazing and fireplace for all year round bookings.
The holiday rental is situated just 1.5km from the sea, a short cycle from the house (we have 3 bicycles available) the local area is beautiful rural countryside, we are in the parc natural du Cotentin en Normandie and the local beach and dunes are also a nature reserve and unspoilt.
There are many local tourist attractions including the Mont St. Michel, Bayeaux, and Barneville Carteret, and day trips to Jersey (1 hour by boat).
