L’Huitre is a two bedroom cottage with a living/dining area, a shower room and two bedrooms on the first floor, one with double bed and one with two single beds. There is a private garden with garden furniture and sunloungers behind the cottage which is well fenced. There is private off-road parking and the house has Wi-Fi.The village of Saint-Germain-Sur-Ay is a small coastal Manche village set within its own natural harbour. We have a baker, a butcher and a grocery store, as well as a small bar and a good restaurant, all within easy walking distance of the house. There are beautiful walks very close to the house around the harbour, and fantastic sandy beaches which remain uncrowded even in summer.
There is plenty so see and visit locally, the Mont st. Michel, Bayeux, nez de jobourg, Cherbourg and landing beach sites are all wishing easy driving distance, and day trips to Paris, Jersey, & Guernsey.
