Wonderful Lodge with Heated Swimming Pool in Saint Hilaire de Riez, Vendee - Green Surf Lodge

Come and discover a Vendée house under the pines, ideal for holidays, between couples with children, family or friends. 

Located in the heart of nature 3 km from the ocean. Its authentic setting designed and concocted for relaxation and comfort. Thanks to its 2 modern kitchens, you can be independent if you wish or find yourself around a meal under the summer kitchen.

The terraces allow you to live outside and enjoy convivial moments by the pool.
The Lodge is the association of La Maison and La Grange, an authentic Vendée  building under the pines, ideal for holidays, between couples with children, family or friends. Thanks to its 2 independent modern kitchens you can be independent if you wish. But  also share your  meals and other planchas, under the summer kitchen and its living room.​

The private or shared  terraces  allow you to live outside and take full advantage of the swimming pool, the sun and convivial moments.

It is also with pleasure that we will share our best addresses.

THE HOUSE:

Typical Vendée house, ideal for a stay as a couple (with baby or child).

A modern kitchen, a lounge area, a master suite, a bathroom and a  private terrace will offer you the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay under the pines.

The kitchen: (oven,  dishwasher, blender, Nespresso, toaster, electric kettle) in a room with a table for 4 people.​

The kitchen will allow you to be independent during the stay and to cook according to your desires.

In the same room, the living room with a sofa bed facing a TV, with direct access to the private terrace to enjoy meals and aperitifs under the pines.

Parental suite with  Queen Size bed. 

Italian shower (120/90). Separate toilet. 

Dressing room and storage space separate the bedroom from the bathroom. 

Sheets and towels are provided during the stay.


LA GRANGE (Barn);

​This 1950 barn, and its Maraichine vaulted door, offers beautiful light.  

Its umbrella pine will invite you to relax.

Its cozy side, its a typical  layout will bring you a change of scenery and well-being. 

Its very bright living room will allow you to spend many moments with family or friends in a friendly atmosphere. 

The living room is made up of a convertible sofa and a table for 8 people with direct access to the swimming pool, kitchen and summer lounge.

Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso, toaster, electric kettle, blender and mixer). 
The kitchen will allow you to be  independent during your stay, and to cook according to your desires.

Nestled under the roofs of the  main room, the mezzanine bedroom, with its double bed (140*190) will  give you  the feeling of sleeping in a  cabin  and  will awaken your childhood memories.

A hallway bedroom with a  bunk  bed will take you  to the bathroom. (Italian shower 120/90).

Bedrooms:

The parental suite equipped  with a Queen Size bed, will offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay. Its bay window offers you the warmth of the sun's rays as well as access to its mini terrace.

The "dormitory" room, which can accommodate 3 children, consists of a single bed, a  bunk bed and  direct access  to the bathroom.

This one being dedicated to the 2 bedrooms previously described.
