3 Bedroom Holiday Home in a Friendly Family Parc with Swimming Pools - Gassin, Var, Provence

We have a beautifully presented, 3 bedroom holiday home situated amongst the trees that provide welcome shade. The site used to be a vineyard and with its location there are stunning views and with a glass of wine in your hand you can also enjoy the sunsets over the Bay of St. Tropez.

Parc St James is a friendly family run 4*site. It offers 2 swimming pools, one heated and one with a jacuzzi and 2 water chutes. There is a restaurant and a bar with wi-fi, mini market, loan of sports equipment and board games. There is also mini golf, tennis courts, play areas for children etc. For the energetic there is also a gym that is free to use.

There is a daily site charge of 11-15 Euros (season dependant), this is set by the site and not us. There is also daily tourist tax for adults 18+ years. To maintain site security the site is gated and you will require a gate fob to allow access by vehicle. This is obtained from reception when you register. A refundable deposit will be payable. There is also parking facilities outside the main gate.

Males are required to wear Speedo/Daniel Craig type swimwear. Conventional shorts are not permitted for hygiene reasons (actually French law).

Our mobile home is managed by an English couple and has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6. It has air-conditioning and heating. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and also 2 more bedrooms with single beds.
There is an additional shower room with a wash basin and a separate toilet. 

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an oven, hob and fridge freezer. There is plenty of utensils for the gourmet cook too! Outside there is a Raclette grill (Strictly no BBQ’s allowed) and comfortable furniture to relax on.

We like to think we provide you with all the comforts of home, you will always arrive to a spotlessly clean mobile home that has been completely sanitised and aired ready for you to start enjoying your holiday. Duvets, pillows, fresh linen, towels and tea towels are included in your package.

Start your day with fresh coffee and pastries outside under blue skies whilst you decide what to do with your day, maybe visit one of the local markets or simply head to one of the many beautiful beaches in the area. There are several towns nearby, Port Grimaud and St Tropez are well worth the visit. There are also good supermarkets close by.

We understand that there maybe something extra you need especially for young children, please ask as we maybe able to provide it.

We can also provide a basic pack of essentials for your arrival, i.e. tea, coffee milk, bread etc. Please ask for a price.

Our minimum booking is 3 nights

On booking we require 25% deposit and the final balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday. If you book at short notice then the full amount is payable on booking.
